A classic summer pattern will set up on Tuesday, with an upper level ridge moving over the area. Heat and humidity will begin to pump in with most areas reaching the middle to upper 80's. There may even be a 90 or two. With only a weak southwest wind, a lake breeze may be able to push into lakeside counties keeping them in the lower 80's. A strong low pressure will kick out of the southwest and ride along the top of the upper level ridge. This is known as a ring of fire pattern in meteorology.
