Remnants of Tropical Storm Andrea spawned the threat of flooding in the Northeast today as the first named storm of the Atlantic hurricane season continued its trek along the East Coast. Andrea, now a post-tropical cyclone after being downgraded late Friday, continues to have maximum sustained winds of 45 mph as of 5 a.m. today.
